[Spce-user] 403 Inbound

Hello,

I am having issues sending a call.  We have registration on Sip Statistcs and when looking at the ladder diagram of pcap, we keep getting the 403 error code, and having an issues narrowing down why we keep getting this road block.

How can an inbound carrier trunk not be authorized?
