[Spce-user] Regarding billing fees and billing zones

Here's an example line from my billing_fees.txt

.,^61,out,Australia,Australia,0.083333333,60,0.083333333,60,0.083333333,60,0.083333333,60,0,regex_longest_pattern

I dial with 61 ....  (on MR6.5.x)

And I have 1 "catch-all" line at the end...

.,.*,out,"All Destinations","All
Destinations",0.0266666,60,0.0266666,60,0.0266666,60,0.0266666,60,0,regex_longest_pattern

Just in case - so all can be matched and if I see an "All Destinations" I
know I've messed up somewhere...
