Hello,
Same issue here on CE mr7.5.1, applied al fixes with 'apt-get upgrade'
and ngcpcfg apply and a reboot.
I have one active call, also ngcp-status shows 1 active call.
The grafana sip-statistics dashboard shows 0 active calls.
The 'active calls'-panel (one row lower), shows 'No data points.
From the json-export of the active panel I saw the influx query used:
root at tran-out01:/etc/ngcp-config# influx
Connected to /run/influxdb/influxdb.sock version 1.6.4
InfluxDB shell version: 1.6.4
> use ngcp
Using database ngcp
> SELECT SUM(mean) from (SELECT mean(kam_dialog_active) from kamailio
where "node_active" = '1' AND time > now() - 20s group by host)
name: kamailio
time sum
---- ---
0 0
Also a 'select * from kam_dialog_active' gives no result.
Can I do something more for debugging?
Grtz,
Mark
