Hi,

The issue been confirmed and reported internally as TT#69050.
The issue happens if DB 'root' has a password.

Sipwise has fully automated ngcp-reset-db test and it is executed
for all the supported releases and reported no issues.
Unfortunately DB there has no 'root' user password.
The test will be improved to test DB with root password.

Meanwhile you can temporary remove 'root' password and retrigger
ngcp-reset-db. Do not forget to set the password back.
Otherwise you have to wait for the fix here.

Thank you for the bug report here!
