Good day Can some one please assist me,

I've been battling with inbound calls from DID for a While.

My Whole Saller ITSP sent me the following findings as they've been trying to help to get inbounds calls to work.

When I try this the sip account deregiters immediately.

a Sipwise gateway, you have to add the SIP providers IP addresses to the allowed IP list, otherwise the inbound calls will fail with a SIP 403 – Invalid Called Party Domain response – see below in yellow.

This can be setup in Settings ---Subscribers---Preferences or Settings---Domains---Preferences

I would recommend that he allows our entire UK subnet on this gateway 214.166.96.0 /19

If he allows our entire subnet, the inbound calls should complete for him.

7.2.3. IP Address Restriction
The Sipwise C5 provides subscriber and domain preference allowed_ips to restrict the IP addresses that a particular subscriber or any subscribers within the respective domain is allowed to use the service from. If the REGISTER or INVITE request comes from an IP address that is not in the allowed list, Sipwise C5 will reject it with a 403 message.

By default, allowed_ips is an empty list which means that subscriber is not restricted. If you want to configure a restriction, navigate to Settings→Subscribers→Preferences or Settings→Domains→Preferences, and search for the allowed_ips preference in the Access Restrictions section.
Press the Edit button to the right of empty drop-down list.
You can enter multiple allowed IP addresses or IP address ranges one after another. Click the Add button to save each entry in the list. Click the Delete button if you want to remove some entry.
