[Spce-user] min_expires after update to 600 second

Hello,

 

today I found out that my min_expires setting is set to 600 seconds instead
of 60 seconds.

I am pretty sure that I didn’t changed this. It was definitely not so before
the uprade.

 

Is there any reason why this setting in config.yml changed?
