[Spce-user] Upgrade error from 7.4.1 to 7.5.1

Hi,

The error message means:
the mandatory option faxserver.number_rewrite_enable is missing
in /etc/ngcp-config/config.yml

To fix your issue, execute:
> ngcpcfg set /etc/ngcp-config/config.yml faxserver.number_rewrite_enable=yes

Probably it was removed by accident when you edited YAML files manually.
You can find details in git logs of /etc/ngcp-config/
