[Spce-user] rate-o-mat service fails

Hi please I need your help.
the rate-o-mat service fails a few minutes after I start it or restart the
server.
 systemctl status rate-o-mat

'conf=1112001991' or user/domain 'conf=1112001991 at conference.local' found

This happened after setting up a conference.
everything worked fine before
the trouble started when i create the conference subscriber and did the
test call to it
   I configured the conference subscriber in a sip domain (
1112001991 at cptrunks.com )
   calls to this subscriber were supported by a billing fee created and
which works well.

the calls are OK, but the rate-o-mat fails.
After that, I created a biiling fees @ conference.local $ but always the
same result.
I deleted the subscriber conference, but still the same result.
