[Spce-user] SIPwise route peer to peer

Hi,

I using sipwise 8, i need config routing peer to peer but can't find out
how to do it.

More details as below:
- Incoming call from Provider 1 (peer1) with DID 100000 will route to
Provider  2 (peer2)
- Incoming call from Provider 1 (peer1) with DID 200000 will route to
Provider 3 (peer3)

Pls show me how to config it.
