[Spce-user] Api Paging/Offset

Hi,

Try to use GET parameters described in API documentation:

> GET /subscribers/    Get Subscriber items
> ...> page   integer
> Pagination page which should be displayed (default: 1)
> 
> rows   integer
> Number of rows in one pagination page (default: 10)

You can find REST API documentation on your NGCP server:
https://x.x.x.x:1443/api/
