[Spce-user] variables in log files now in brackets after upgrade to 7.5.2

Yes the marker are added to logs files of both CE and PRO systems to 
unify them. The obfuscation feature, instead, is available only on PRO.

About the header manipulations, I can confirm that the configuration 
menus are available on CE systems as well, but the engine that handles 
the manipulations not.
