[Spce-user] Authentication failed, no credentials although registered

Hello,

I'm trying to make a local phone call between two customers. On two machines I have a softphone installed and there I have registered the subscribers and they got registered. But now I'm still getting the error message "Authentication failed, no credentials".

How they can be registered, but still getting the message "no credentials"?
