[Spce-user] ngcp-panel not working after upgrade 8.5.1-8.5.2

What should be the problem? Where to look? Nothing special in
systemctl status ngcp-panel.service or in journalctl... Thanks.

/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/ngcp-panel.service ->
/lib/systemd/system/ngcp-panel.service.
