[Spce-user] Will SPCE run on Hyper-V?

Hi,
Basically, installer iso should just fine install to Hyper-V guest
actually changelog for deployment-iso has notes about this ([bced599]
TT#39302 Add Hyper-V to the list of supported virt systems).
But virtualized nic could become a bottleneck, but it is not Hyper-V specific.
