[Spce-user] Ngcp 6.5 onwards how to add services

Hi Walter,

 SPCE is the open source version of a for-sale product. Logically, it is
designed to be self-correcting. My first thought is maybe it’s time to move
into the supported version. Sounds like you have grown beyond SPCE.
