[Spce-user] Fraud Limit exceeded mail notifcation directly to subscriber mail

Hello,

 

is there a way to send the fraud customer locked notification instead of the
fraud monthly notify and fraud daily notify mail address deposited in the
billing profile also to the deposited subscriber or customer mail account?

It would help a lot in daily business if the customer get instant a mail
notification, that his account is locked due to exceeding the credit
balance.

 

We want to use that for all subscribers, so it is not really possible to
overwrite the notify mail address in the customer settings.

A global setting/costumtt patch would be very useful for this.

 

Any idea?
