[Spce-user] Suddenly many SIP-Accounts are "busy" (Concurrent max calls exceeded)

Hi all,

What is the NGCP version here?
The Redis counters issues used to be fixed ~2 years ago.
I do not recall any such issues with commercial customers for years.
