That is not an option as far as I know, but you can set free Cash Instead, then that would limit the minutes they can use for free based on the rate instead of just based on minutes.

Is it possible to set up a profile for a subscriber that includes a few free minutes of conversation and, once these minutes have elapsed, the following minutes will be billed according to the price list applied? could someone help me? I use the ce version 9.3.1
