[Spce-user] mariadb 300% CPU no queries

Answering myself, after some long long time it stops. I did
ngcp-initial-configuration in another pristine server and I have the 300% CPU. 

If I restart mysql in the one upgraded I have the 300% issue back again. Will
try to measure how long it takes to stop.
