[Spce-user] Call Recordings can't be deleted via GUI mr8.5.4

Hello Alex,

yes i know i could contact support-team directly but I thought this is also a CE problem.

 

Btw: we already solved it!

It was a permission problem of the directory /var/lib/rtpengine-recording

This directory just has “root” user rights, so recordings could be written there from the recordings module but could not be deleted via WebGUI cause WebGUI is not root just “www-data”.

After setting “www-data” permission for read and write to this directory deleting of call recordings works via GUI.

 

Maybe you can fix this in a upcoming update or maybe note it in the handbook.

Dear Matthias,

It is definitely a permissions issues.
Both ngcp-panel (WEB+API) and RTPEnging need read+write access to files 
stored on NFS share.

AFAIK, Sipwise support team can assist you here. Isn't it?
