[Spce-user] Grafana has empty system statistics dashboard on mr7.5.10

Hello,

I did a fresh mr7.5.10 install from CD and the system statistics 
dashboard is empty. In 7.5.9 it's still working. Also an upgrade on the 
VMWare image gives the same result. There are no errors in the grafana.log.

If I restore /etc/grafana/dashboards/system-statistics.json from 7.5.9 
it's working again, so it looks like a bug.
