[Spce-user] RTCengine features show-off in CE

Dear Jiri,

Please install the latest hotfixes. You should be able to hide RTCengine 
on CE using "show_rtcengine_features=no" option.

BTW, check mr10.2.1 release notes at the end of the year,
there will be a pleasant surprises regarding WebRTC.
