[Spce-user] SPCE not sending e-mails but MTA works

Hi,

SPCE 9.5.1 is not sending any e-mails. But MTA is configured and
sending test e-mails from CLI without problem. Also no problems found
in EXIM4 log folder - there are no tries to send anything from SPCE
platform.

I am trying for example to Reset password in CSC, it writes Email is
sent, but nothing.

E-mail template for Reset password is enabled and assigned on Customer edit.

Any hints?
