[Spce-user] ROUTE_STIR_PAI

Hi 

I'm checking spce 10.2.1 in a virtualbox machine. I'm wondering how the PAI
stir params can be set.

I see that ROUTE_STIR_PAI is called from ROUTE_STIR

ROUTE_STIR is called from ROUTE_SET_CALLEE which is called after
ROUTE_SET_CALLER_CLI where $avp(pai_params) is inspected.

So, if $avp(pai_params) is evaluated before calling ROUTE_STIR_PAI how can the
params be added to the PAI header on outgoing calls?

what am I missing?
