[Spce-user] Get registrations via API empty result

Hi all

Using a 7.5.11. I have a script to get all the registrations but in this
particular node the API returns 0 results. 

If I check with the inline api client the same

Asking kamailio there are 102 entries

# ngcp-kamctl proxy  online | wc -l
103
