[Spce-user] Install fail on Azure VM (Debain 11)

I had a similar issue with installing on azure, had to install a missing package

linux-headers-5.10.0-9-cloud-amd64

I hope you are all well and that  somebody can help me here ;-)

I've seen the warnings in the doc that we should use an ISO or Virtual box/Vmware image for the installation bu for some reason, I have to manually execute the install on my Fresh Debian 1 VM on Linux.
The first step goes well and I was able to reboot the server and execute ngcp-initial-configuration. I have an error bellow related to ntpd and I am completely stocked and  I don't know how to get rid of this error. I am using PKG=ngcp-installer-mr10.3.1.deb
