[Spce-user] New Sipwise C5 CE mr10.3.1 is now available

Hello everyone,

This is to inform you about the availability of the new Sipwise C5 mr10.3.1!

mr10.3.1 is the only build of release mr10.3.
Release mr10.3 is supported until mr10.4.1.
