[Spce-user] International calls Dialing Issue, calle and wrong number displayed

Hello, today i enabled a trunk with outbound dialing.
i use rules to remove 011. Because my provider doesn’t allow 011 dialing, just + or country code.
the problema becomes here:
The outbound number is +1 939 300 3000.
But the person that i am calling get :+93 93003000 (Afganistan number)
if i use another number like +1 787 7108590 
the person gets: +7 877108590 (Rusia Number)

So i’ts not passing the country code (+1 USA / Puerto Rico)

What I'm I missing of?

My rewrite rules are:

Match pattern: ^(011|\+)([1-9][0-9]+)$
Replace: \2
Desc: Remove 011 or +
Dirección: Outbound
Campo: Caller

Match pattern: ^(00|\+)([1-9][0-9]+)$
Replace: \2
Desc: Remove 00 or +
Dirección: Outbound
Campo: Caller
