[Spce-user] Call forward doesn't use rewrite rules

Hi all,

I'm on mr8.5.7 and have problems when someone enters a forwarding number 
in local format. It seems the rewrite rules for the customer are not 
applied here.

By the way, call forward is working, but the real problem is that rating 
stops. This is the proxy log:
