[Spce-user] Randomly no RTP traffic

Dear,



I am running CE Sipwise NGCP platform version 'mr8.5.3', and randomly there is no sound on incoming calls. After I restart the ngcp server the RTP traffic is coming back and is being processed. This problem occur on all of my incoming calls with different peering groups. The call will get connected and the duration timer is ticking, but there is no RTP strem..



How can I troubleshoot this the best and which logfles do I have to check?
