Hi Anar,

how and by whom the forwarding is done?
 * By Sipwise NGCP using CFNA?
 * or, by FREEPBX sending back 302?
 * or, by FREEPBX using an internal call forward logic?

Depending on the above case you have to correctly configure the outbound_from_user for the peer where the call is going.
