[Spce-user] Bad schema in config.yml documentation

Hi

In the handbook the section explaining config.yml options still talks about 

 cdr_archive_months: 2
  cdr_backup_months: 2
  cdr_backup_retro: 3

which is the old cleanup-tools option schema. The new one is 

  cdr_archive_months: '12'
  cdr_keep_months: '1'
