[Spce-user] Calls between subscribers are duplicated in the call list

Hi Marco,

Thank you for looking into this. I get only one record, which displays 
in both call lists. So # and call-id are the same.

If I capture, the second leg has the same call-id but with extension 
_b2b-1 and this one is not showing in the database.

Tomorrow I will do some more testing and try to replicate this on a 
test-system.
