You can either edit the upgrade script to ignore it (which will make your
upgrade insanely long) or you can rotate your cdrs.

Edit config.yml to adjust your cdr rotation/retention months (check the cleanup
section) and run ngcp-cleanup-acc inside a screen. It will take avery long time
and it might fail if you do not have anough space and memory but if it works it
will rotate your cdrs acording to you policy. Check the handbook for the
explanation of the parameters.
