[Spce-user] Outbound via peer call not routed

Hi James,

can you please describe a bit more the calls scenario or provide a full 
verbose log of kamailio proxy?

 From the small piece of log you provided, it seems that the caller is 
not properly authenticated to the system when it is placing the call.
One of the reasons could be because the calls comes from another peer.
