[Spce-user] Error during upgrade mr11.3.1 to 11.5.1

I've run test upgrade for CE mr11.3.1->mr11.5.1 and it works well. It means smth is wrong with the specific configuration.
What's the git status in /etc/ngcp-config, could you show the output?
