[Spce-user] Unexpected key 'static' during update mr11.5.1 to mr12.0.1

Hi, we are having a problem upgrading from mr11.5.1 to mr12.0.1 

During the first upgrade phase (ngcp-upgrade --target mr12.0.1) we get the following error:

Please fix the root of the issue and restart 'ngcp-upgrade' 
(see error details in log file /ngcp-data/ngcp-upgrade/mr11.5.1-mr12.0.1/logs/ngcp-upgrade-mr11.5.1-mr12.0.1-1701698451.log ). 


Running the ngcp-update-cfg-schema command didn't help
