[Spce-user] 403 Maximum parallel calls exceeded

Hello,

I am having problems resetting this variable to zero for a customer, I am
using CE mr9.5.3  version, tried to disable from web interface but calls
are still blocked.

Anybody had the same experience in the past? How was it solved?
