[Spce-user] Billing Profile Fee not working for outbound

Hi
I have installed Sipwise CE 5 version mr11.3.1
<https://sip-pbx.cmwy.eu:1443/v2/#/statistics/versions>.
i have setup customer , peer, billing profile exactly as in the Handbook.
from billing profile when i remove billing free for a prefix, even then
outbound call is successful.
when i add billing fee with prefix, the call is successful too but no call
cost (0) seen in customer portal. Call is successful, but billing is not
working. Billing profile is set to postpaid.
can you guide me how to solve this issue?
