[Spce-user] Issue with 401 after PRACK

Hi,
We have this issue where a Peer challenges with 401 some messages like INVITE, PRACK, etc.
The sipwise platform (9.5.2) does resend the INVITE with the authentication header, but it doesn't do it for PRACK.
It actually send a 403 Loose-Routing Forbidden to the end user device, and never resends the PRACK with authentication to the peer.
So then that call is never officially established because the peer expects a valid PRACK, and peer eventually terminates the call after a timeout.

Did anyone ever have a similar issue, and is there a fix for it ?

PS: I have a ticket opened with sipwise for almost a week now, but no answers.
