[Spce-user] CSC JS problem in Chrome on 11.5.1

Hi, it happened before login - login page was blank.

Unfortunately I am not sure, if I made updates after upgrade from 10.5
to 11.5.1. Almost sure, I did ngcp-update. After some checks I revert
image back. Probably I will do another attempt to upgrade soon.
