[Spce-user] CSC JS problem in Chrome on 11.5.1

Hi Jiri,

the issue of the CSC panel using Chrome in Czech has been internally
addressed with ticket #59145.

The fix has been backported to version mr11.5.1 and should be available in
our repositories in some minutes. The package to install is ngcp-csc-ui
version 11.5.1.11
