You could just create a rule with the Source Pattern as "." and Destination Pattern as "." which would capture any zone not listed.

Hi!

Is there a way to have a „default fee” for any billing profile where calls without a matching destination pattern should be billed?
It is not that nice, that the rate-o-mat is killed when a single destination could not be billed!
