[Spce-user] [EXTERNAL] kamailio-proxy fails to start after ngcp-cleanup-acc

Hi Mikko,

ACC can be cleaned using the "ngcp-cleanup-tools".
The best is setup the "cleanuptools" section in the config.yml file.
