[Spce-user] Diversion and outbound history disappears somewhere on SPCE

Hello everyone,

We have a problem with sending information with SIP call headers.

We have diversion and outbound_history_info set for both the domain
and the peering route.

The information is transferred from the device to sipwise, but then
further on in the internal routing, this information disappears and
subsequently does not even reach the end operator.
