Hi,

NGCP system gets the inbound diversion and History Info, process them and
regenerate them, if necessary, to the outbound leg. If something doesn't
work, then it is probably a miss configuration or a bug.

I suggest you to increase the log level of kamailio proxy service
     ngcp-loglevel proxy -sv
and checks if you find some useful information in the kamailio proxy log.

Also please try to be more detailed in your problem description:

This is too general and not helpful to identify the problem. Please
describe better where you have this problem (NEW admin interface, OLD admin
interface) in which page (subscriber/domain/peer preferences), etc...
