[Spce-user] [EXTERNAL] Re: Diversion and outbound history disappears somewhere on SPCE

it doesn't show any error in the log. in internal routing, information
is not transferred to diversion 127.0.0.1:5062 -> 127.0.0.1:5060
Server: Sipwise NGCP Proxy mr10.5.7'


we do not attempt to modify pai information.
We just need to change it from a network provided number to a user
provided number
This setting is in OLD admin interface in domain -> number
manipulations -> outbound_pai_user
