I'd like to know how it works. I don't think sales will know that.

If both rateomat grab the same 100 cdrs, they shuffle them and then they go one
by one and as it's shuffled there are less race conditions as it seems. But not
sure about that.
And if it's shuffled the rating is not secuential any more, right?


Not sure about how they calculate the balances and the fraud limits and deal
with collisions. That's why I wanted to know if it's documented somewhere.
