[Spce-user] mr12.5.1 - default administrator can't edit peering servers

Hi,

The default administrator from an install from ISO is only allowed to do
reseller stuff, so no domain and peering server.  I have to go into the
database to change the role to "is system" to be able to manipulate the
peering servers.

Perhaps something to look at ?
