Hi Marco,

When I also experienced this a while back, I did explain in that post and also offered the VM of the broken setup but no one from Sipwise acknowledged it.

For us it was on mr11.5.1

Initial install showed the GUI options but after doing 1 of the following it vanished:

  1. Changing the administrator password via the old interface
  2. Using the old interface adding subscribers .ect

We literally had to take a backup every time we changed something encase it vanished.

There was someone else at the time who had the same thing that I spoke with directly via email.

Seems to occur very much during the initial setup of Sipwise after its installed.

I am glad to see others are also reporting it as its clearly a bug under set conditions and has pulled across to the new builds as well.

I will see if we still have the broken VPS image.

Kind Regards,

Hi again,

can you please specify on which exact NGCP version this issue is happening?
And also if you use API, the NEW Admin UI or the OLD Admin UI?

I have just installed mr12.5.1 from the ISO and I'm able to create domains and peering using the default "administrator".

Thank you
Marco
